AHA peel (fruit acid)
A chemical peel using fruit acids for finer-looking pores and fresher skin.
An AHA peel works with alpha-hydroxy acids such as glycolic or lactic acid. It loosens dead skin cells, can make pores look finer and is often planned as a course of several sessions with rising concentration.
Safety:
Concentration and application time belong in trained hands; consistent sun protection afterwards is a must, as skin becomes more light-sensitive. Active inflammation, recent retinoid use or very sensitive skin call for an honest consultation first.
