These terms govern the use of the BeautyCore platform operated by Core Customs UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

BeautyCore is a software-as-a-service platform for the beauty industry: member profiles and networking, Smart Sites (website builder), a job board, an academy, AI assistance, templates and a marketplace. The specific scope depends on your plan and may evolve.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and use one account per person/business unless agreed otherwise. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed via Stripe for the chosen period. Prices are stated on the pricing page; statutory VAT applies where relevant.

Paid subscriptions renew for the chosen period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period via the customer portal. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro-rata unless required by law.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital services that begin during this period, the right expires once we start full performance at your express request and with your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

You must not publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or abusive content, send spam, or misuse the platform. This applies in particular to Smart Sites, job posts and messages.

You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant BeautyCore a simple, revocable right to host, display and process it as needed to provide the service (e.g. publishing your Smart Site).

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and further development may cause temporary limitations.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or applicable law.

Processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. We may amend these terms; we will inform you of material changes in good time. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, our registered seat. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stays effective. The EU provides an online dispute resolution platform; we are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
