Colour consultation & colour type
Determining which hair colours suit skin undertone and eye colour.
A colour consultation works out which shades suit a person. What counts is the skin undertone (cool, warm or neutral), eye colour and the natural contrast between skin and hair.
Cool or warm:
A simple indicator: if the veins at the wrist look bluish, that suggests a cool undertone; greenish suggests a warm one. Cool types carry ashy and beige shades well, warm types golden and copper.
Why the conversation beats any reference photo:
A phone photo shows a colour under someone else's lighting on someone else's hair. The consultation translates the wish into something actually achievable given the existing base colour, hair condition and upkeep – which prevents disappointment on both sides.
